September School Night Scratch Menu
Want to try a SupperClub but find it hard to pin down a weekend date? Through September we’re hosting a couple of weeknight - or ‘school night’ SupperClubs at our home in Central London. Here’s our first ‘School Night’ Scratch Menu:
*Crostini: Walnut, Fetta and Smoked Trout
*Cocktail: St Germain
*Starter: Atlantic Salmon, Coriander & Lime Patty with Mint Chutney and Roasted Zucchini
*Main: Mustard, Garlic & Rosemary Marinated Pork Fillet, Green Olive Tapenade, Roasted Pear, Red Capsicum and Spinach
*Dessert: Jaffa Pudding with Warm Chocolate Sauce and Creme Fraiche
*To Finish: Fresh Mint Tea + Peanut Brittle
